25T - Gap Frame Splicing Machine

Model H6, 5/9 - HG

This hand pumped swager is generally arranged as indicated, with the "Gap Frame" casting mounted on a fabricated steel base. The hand operated hydraulic pump is an aluminum lightweight design conveniently mounted on the front facing of the head casting. The pump features replaceable cartridge valves on both the suction and delivery sides.

The ‘Gap Frame’ press head permits frontal as well as side accesses allowing optimum access to the work area.

The swaging and return cycle is controlled via a shut-off valve situated on the right hand side of the pump unit and permits control over the ram stroke in either direction. Return of the ram is via a powerful spring, which is both quick and effective. The press accepts conventional 25t section die blocks (38 mm x 42 mm) and will accommodate up to 9 mm fc rope in Aluminum ferrules.

The main operational feature of the swaging machine, apart from optimum access, is its portability and robust design.
